How can I pay my rent?
Rent can be mailed to our office or can be paid in person. Be sure to include your address and unit number on your check or money order. No cash is accepted.
How do I report a repair that needs to be done in my rental home?
Our maintenance staff is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you are in need of maintenance in your rental, please contact us by calling (310) 402-2000 or fill out our online maintenance form.
When is my rent payment due?
Rent payments are due the first of the month. There is a grace period until the 5th of the month; however, if rent payment is not received you will automatically be charged a late fee. Contact our property management office for more information.
What do I need to do if I want another person to move in to my rental?
All people living in the unit must be listed on the lease. In order to have any additional parties over the age of 18 move in, the parties must be approved by Achieve Property Management. Please contact our property management office in Los Angeles to initiate the application process.
Upon moving out, how is my security check returned?
Security checks are held until the last month’s rent payment has cleared. An accounting statement of your security deposit will be supplied along with the deposit check within 21 days of moving out of the rental unit.
